TNA Impact Feb4/10

Watched the latest Impact last night, and I have to say it was great. I really like the way Hogan is the buisness minded executive. I was hoping when they first made it known that Hogan was going to TNA,that he wasn't going to wrestle.Thank god for that. The one problem I have is Bishoff. I mean are you kidding me. Is this guy on a power trip or what. It seems to me that Eric is trying to be Vince. If I wanted to watch Vince I would watch WWE. Another problem I have is with the TNA originals. Where are they. Where is Leathal and Creed, Suicide, and a host of others. I got to be a fan of TNA by watching the originals. If I wanted to watch Val Venis and Brian Kendrick I would still be watching WWE.
Anyway I am off to work. Remember this is just my opinion.

Smackdown

Is this just me or does anybody feel like the WWE matches are getting too readable. By this I mean when a match starts and the first exchanges are made it is like one move follows the other.
Always the same moves one after another. It is almost to the poind when any wrestler does a move you know whatmove is comming next because they seem to always be the same and done in the same sequence. It is getting where you know what is going to happen before it happens.
In my opinion it is just not as much fun anymore because you know what is going to happen. I am just saying that it would be nice for the WWE to change things up alittle bit. I don't know a few new moves would be nice.
On a more positive note I love the DDT done by Maryse she really makes it look good, Not just because she is smokin HOT. She really is developing as a good womans Champ. Again though she like the rest of the WWE stars seem do go through the same series of moves in the same order 1,2,3,ect.
Anyway thiat is just my opinion

Another Good Show

Watched Tna Last night and I have to say, another good show. I find myself more and more addicted to TNA. It is getting to be for me like the old WWE where I would do anything to make shure I didn't miss anything. There seems to be always something happening.
I thought I would give my opinion on Don West and his recent change from goody goody announcer to the bad guy on the announce team. I love it. I think it is about time that someone started to "Tell it Like it Is" instead of just being a Mike Tenay Yes man. I never much cared for West in the past, but since his change in attitude I find myself glad that he is there. If I had to only listen to Mike Tenay I would Probably turn the volume down most of the time.
Anywhay this is just my opinion.

UFC In Canada

I watched the last PPV that was put up from the UFC. This was a great card from start to finish.
I have to say that I as a Canadian was a little dissapointed in the fans. How anybody can BOO Anderson Sylva is beyond me. This guy is unbelievable, he totally dominated the fight, got the win and never got hit. I think that if we want to experience any more UFC events in Canada we should be more apreciative as fans.

TNA Kicks Ass

I watched TNA Leathal Lockdown and I have to say that TNA kicks ASS. TNA reminds me of the way Wrestling is supposed to be. More concentration on just putting on good matches as opposed to just talk talk talk.
Hats off to AJ Styles because it looked to me that the fall from the top of the cage had to hurt.
I know that the rest of the guys were supposed to catch him but he missed everybody and hit the mat hard,but he stayed in there and kept going.

I have been a hard core wrestling fan since the 80's and I have followed WWE and WCW but I feel that TNA will soon be the Best of the Best.

Way to go TNA keep up the good work.

History Channel

It has been a while since I last posted a blog. I have realized that being limeted to one or two topics to write about has made my blogs a little boring,so I have decided to change it up a bit.

I would like to talk about the History channel.

First I would like to point out that I love this channel. I have found myself drawn to the topic of Armageddon. I wonder If it is true that the worl will End on Dec12/2012. Personally I don't think so. I do believe that something of signifigance will happen on this day that will change the world we live in.
I believe that in order for things to change for the better,we as a planet have to change our lives.
I for one am trying to change the things I do. For example I have recently begun trying to convert my Home over to wind and solar power. I believe that this will help my enviroment as well as making it so as I don't have to pay the power co. for my electricity.

There are many things that we as Individuals can do to help ourselves as well as our enviroment . I realize that this is a small step, but everybit helps.
Anyway I am just thinking out loud.
Feel free to comment about this post, as I would Interested to hear from anybody about this.

Survivor Series

I greatly enjoyed SS (survivor Series). It was a very good showing for all who were involved.I can't believe that people were booing the HHH Koslove match.Sure it started off slow but it picked up towards the end. I understand that people were upset that Hardey wasn't there.I also have to say that the whole Edge thing was Great. I had almost forgotten about him and low and behold there he is.Anyway in my opinion it was a great showing by all.

Last night Raw

I enjoyed the show last night. whith the exception of the fact that there is way to much talking.One person can only listen to JBL for so long until you get sick.I personally would much rather JBL as a commentator instead of a wrestler. That way we don't have to listen to him as much.I am this,Iam entiltled to this, If He would just shut his mouth and wrestled I would probably like him alot more.

Anyway I liked the rest of the show, I would have liked to see Ray's mask come off, but I guess it will happen pretty soon anyway so I guess I can wait.

Anyway Just my opinion.

Frank Trigg & TNA

You have got to be kidding. I can't believe this guy came out and started dissing canada. I mean really.Correct me if I am wrong bud didn'd GSP choke him out twice. It seems to me that this guy hasn't earned the right to diss anybody.

TNA Thurs night show

You know there is no alot bad that I can about TNA. I find the matches are always great. As I think about it is like i am not always shure about what is going to happen. I find with WWE it is easy to predict what is going to happen. Who is going to win and sometimes you know before hand when someone is going to do a particular move.I find most of WWE is predictable. But I find myself drawn to TNA because I can not always tell what is going to happen.

On a different topic I was thinking, that if you took all the young stars from TNA. AJ styles,Joe, The machineguns,and all the rest of the x-division. Then took all the younger stars from WWE such as Orton,Roades,Debiase,and the rest of the younger stars C.M Punk comes to mind, and put them all on one show.Wow that is a show I would defenetly watch.

Anyway that is just a thought I was having.

Evan Tanner

I just wanted to express my sorrow at hearing of the untimely death of Evan Tanner. I enjoyed watching him fight in the UFC. He will shurly be missed. He was a great fighter and I was saddened to hear about his passing. MMA won't be the same without him. I would like to see them do a show dedicated to Tanner's fights. It would be a great show, as he had alot of great fights.

Kimbo Slice And UFC

I recently watched an episode of Off the Record on TSN where it was said that inorder for Kimbo to end up in the UFC was to beat some one notable in the Heavy weight division. I think that Tank and Thompson are definetly notable. I think they should give him somebody notable to fight. I get the feeling from watching Kimbo he would probably fight anybody they asked him to. I mean that I think it would be a great asset to UFC to have a guy like Kimbo.Besides they don't mind feeding top guys to Brock Lesnar.

Sting & TNA

I have to say that I love TNA.

This Sting thing about the younger guys not showing respect is just silly. I mean really is Sting trying to say that just because these older wrestlers show up on TNA that they automaticly deserve respect from the younger TNA stars. I mean really. Guys like AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, J Leathal, and all the rest of the X-Division are what made me want to watch TNA. If I wanted to see guys like Sting, Angle,Booker, and others like them that came to TNA later I would just watch WWE. I mean really, we all know that these guys are only on TNA because they think that because they have been around for so long, and everybody knows them that they should automaticly be at the top of TNA wrestling.I personally don't think thats rite. I would rather watch any of the X-Division guys wrestle instead of having to listen to Sting or Booker T talk about no respect. Give us a break.

The Heartbreak Kid

Is is just me or is everybody getting a little tired of Shaun . Don't get me wrong, I was a huge HBK fan back in the day,but I think it's just about time for this guy to retire. How many times are they going to go with the put Shaun out of wrestling. First with Orton and now with Jerico.
I think it is just about time to retire. If I have to see the nip up one more time I think I am going to be sick.

Some people might not like what I have to say, but is just my opinion.
